John is a Certified Lean Sensei through Villanova University; a Certified Lean Professional through the University of Buffalo; Certified Business Process Master through Michael Hammer and Associates, and has obtained Certification in Production and Inventory Management through the American Production and Inventory Control Society.
John is President of the Western New York Chapter of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). He has served on the Supply Chain Council’s North American Board for the past 7 years, and was the Chair of its 2013 “Supply Chain World” national conference. He is an Adjunct Professor of Transportation at Niagara University in Lewiston, NY and is a frequent speaker at national and regional supply chain conferences.
John has served on the Board of Quality Day Care Services, the Canisius College MBA Alumni Association, and currently serves on the Board at the Women’s Business Center at Canisius College.
